Brug og sikkerhedssikkerhed
Sørg altid for at bruge det rette personlige beskyttelsesudstyr, når du bruger slibemaskiner eller poleringsmaskiner. Sørg for at bruge tilstrækkelig ventilation til den proces, du udfører. Vand rydder opslæmningen væk fra emnet, reducerer friktion og varme, hvilket forlænger vores produkts levetid. Husk, jo mere vand der bruges, jo bedre er ydelsen. Vigtige instruktioner
Alle diamantprodukter har brug for en lille indbrudsperiode. Dette gælder især med 6 mikron og finere mikronprodukter. Dette sker på grund af at diamanten mikroniseres. Diamanten adskilles ved en vandproces for at dimensionere partiklerne. Når artiklerne tørrer, danner de undertiden et vakuum mellem hinanden. Resultatet er dybe ridser, indtil vakuumet nedbrydes ved brug. Måden at klæde skiverne på er at køre et stykke fint aluminiumoxid (dressingpind) over overfladen i fem til ti sekunder. Dette nedbryder effektivt vakuumet og bør fjerne ridser. Sørg for at følge denne procedure med masser af vand til at skylle disken eller bæltet. Dette skal tage sig af ridseproblemet.
